I am more than aware of how annoying it can be to find the perfect recipe online, only to realise that it is in a different measuring system. Endless time can be (and has been) wasted converting ingredients between imperial and metric, weight and volume. I have compiled a brief table that can be used as a guide.  May I add though, I strongly believe that the most sucessful results tend to be pioneered by letting go and following your instinct. If you feel that there should be more chocolate chips/raspberry jam/chopped walnuts-follow your heart…
